Responsibilities

Develop and manage media plans for campaigns across digital (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), social, print, and broadcast.

Oversee ad budget allocations, bid strategies, and performance tracking.

Work with creative, content, and marketing teams to align messaging with media placements.

Optimize campaigns using data-driven decisions (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Collaborate with external media agencies, vendors, and partners.

Monitor industry trends and competitors to adjust strategy accordingly.
Skills Required

Proven ability to plan, develop, and implement PR strategies effectively.

Experience in press and media coordination, including drafting press releases and managing media relationships.

Skills in collating and analyzing media coverage to assess public sentiment and campaign performance.

Proficiency in updating and maintaining website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Hands-on experience with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. -
Ability to manage and update a web platform focused on agricultural content, including coordination with contributors and ensuring content relevance and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Interest or background in agriculture, rural development, or media is preferred.
