Role of Volunteers

Share information on soil health, fertility, and sustainable practices.

Assist visitors in understanding the importance of soil conservation and its role in agriculture.

Provide guidance and directions to visitors at the exhibition.

Answer basic questions from the farmers and visitors related to soil care and problems they might have.

FAQ's
Fill out the online volunteer application form on our website. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for verification.
Volunteers should be present from 8:30 AM - 6 PM from 10 to 14 December 2025
Yes. All volunteers will receive orientation and role-specific training before the exhibition begins.
Volunteers need to be present for all the days of the exhibition.
No prior experience is required, though experience in event management as a volunteer is a plus point.
